Orange skies will pick you up.

This weeks offering is a not-too-vintage indie rock nugget from an outfit whose modus operandi isn't far removed from that of a certain middle-aged Ohioan.

Having difficulty accessing the file?  Please try again a little later.  Too many people hammering the link simultaneously is apparently giving Netkup's servers a headache.  With this in mind, I'll leave this up for a few hours past the usual twenty-four, k?  You're welcome to comment, just don't give away anything obvious.  Enjoy.

Sounds like Robert Pollard.

Did someone else just post this sans camouflage?

Sans Camouflage? Not sure if I understand. Maybe someone else is sharing it. Not too concerned as I'm removing the link soon.

Never even heard of 'em before. This is frigging great (at least on first listen -- ongoing right now)!

Right down my alley.

Definitely a band for further investigation.

Thanks,

Still loving 'em, maybe more, after multiple hearings.

Guided By Voices without the noise/irritation/bizarro tracks (which admittedly even for me as a pop fan can add to the "charm" of that band -- in small doses). I also hear some Shins.

Wonderful.
