I occasionally try these mystery records of yours and I'm almost always disappointed but this is incredible! Somehow I have never heard of these guys. They're like a missing piece in postpunk history. Thanks for posting it! BTW there's a current SF band called Cold Beat and they must have taken their name from the Sound cut, their album Chaos By Invitation is extremely good.
