They were great live! Geography was their best album, produced by the legendary J. Robbins with an unmatched indie feel for its time. Average Appliance Lifespan is probably my second favorite. Although, if you ever run across their first "tape", self titled with a man and a plastic dinosaur on the cover, that's the quintessential sound in raw form with slightly more urgency. Don't email me for .rars because I simply don't have any of their material anymore. I do however have Potholder material (who played many shows with MLH) for the serious. I received these files years ago out of the kindness of Potholder themselves.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07832911041385105508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6776777782419637264.post-67895369186431672382012-02-03T11:56:05.009-08:002012-02-03T11:56:05.009-08:00http://tumblr.com/ZGQwAxFqTHCfhttp://tumblr.com/ZGQwAxFqTHCfal0137https://www.blogger.com/profile/12064455977868524605noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6776777782419637264.post-64039318109592829602012-02-03T09:47:17.889-08:002012-02-03T09:47:17.889-08:00yeah, 'Geography's pretty damned great! i&...yeah, 'Geography's pretty damned great! i'd even say it's better than 'S&R' because of that 2nd gtr. btw- there's also one before 'Geography', it's called 'Average Appliance Lifespan'. hard to find but well worth it!theend43https://www.blogger.com/profile/03657133206622409714noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6776777782419637264.post-86903767306003337592011-10-03T16:31:33.454-07:002011-10-03T16:31:33.454-07:00At the moment, I have nothing else by ML, but may ...At the moment, I have nothing else by ML, but may do a follow-up entry if I find anything.spavidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00986537771229635843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6776777782419637264.post-63939111287593298352011-10-03T12:13:25.818-07:002011-10-03T12:13:25.818-07:00This is awesome. I couldn't find Signals on Allmusic, but they did have Geography and I heard a nice snippet of the song "Surfactant." I'll be looking for this one.Bhughttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17607906972306316040noreply@blogger.com
